Alebria-Max (“the App”) is a casual offline game hub published under the display name Alebria-Max. It includes four mini-games—Phrase Order, Reaction Lights, Swap Align, and Stack Run—along with local progress tracking and optional sound/haptic settings.
We designed the App to keep your data on your device and not send personal data to our servers. This policy explains what information is stored on your device and how it is used.
We do not collect personal information. The App does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or other personally identifiable information.
The App may store the following data locally on your device only (via iOS UserDefaults):
Locally stored data is used solely to:
We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
This build of Alebria-Max does not embed third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. Gameplay and settings operate entirely on-device.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. Because data stays on your device, there is no server-side transmission of your gameplay or settings from the App itself.
All App data remains on your device until you delete the App or reset your device. Uninstalling Alebria-Max removes locally stored scores, progress, and settings associated with the App.
The App is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Personal details are not required to play.
You can turn sound cues and haptics on or off at any time in Settings within the App. These toggles affect local feedback only and do not change what data is stored.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
